LASH GUARANTEE
At MBA we offer a 3 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your treatment or have lost an excessive amount of lashes, we encourage you to contact us
immediately to discuss any issues so we can happily fix them within time constraints and the availability we have. In the event an issue may occur and lashes need to
be fixed please be advised we do not offer refunds and that our lash guarantee is only offered providing the following conditions have been adhered to.

​Contact to the salon must be made within 3 days after lash application

You must keep some lost lashes to show your lash technician

If a repair appointment is needed, it must be booked within 6 days of the original appointment. Any later than that over exposes your lashes to everyday wear and tear and therefore voids the lash warranty.

If MBA assists with an allergy prone client(which we prefer not to) we are not responsible for what happens after as this is trial and error , lash loss swelling and many complications could occur as this process takes months to find the right products and processes to assist an allergy prone client if you cannot wait this out unfortunately we will not be held responsible as coming into the appointment is at your own risk.

Correct after care must be followed please note season effects lashes as well as any other use of makeup oily products swimming hay fever if it is decided that improper after care has been used the client will be given the choice to either refill the missing lashes at the next follow up appointment or refill them on the spot at the clients expense. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know. If we don't know, we can't address the problem.

We DO NOT DO REFUNDS . We will do fixes if time allows and if under any circumstances we do a refund it will only be 30% of your treatment amount as we will charge for our stock used as well as time spent .
